Our Design Service allows you to request a custom design for your product from our professional design team. Simply submit your design request, share any logos or assets, and our designers will create a proof for your review before you place the final product order.
Do I have to pay for the Design Service?
Yes, a small fee is charged when submitting a design request. However, this amount is fully refunded as a discount when you place your final product order using the approved design.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. After the designer uploads the proof, you can review it and request revisions if needed. The design team will update the design until you approve the final version.
How do I place my order after approving the design?
Once you approve the design, you will receive a link that takes you directly to the product editor with your approved design already applied. From there, you can proceed to place your order.
Will the Design Service fee be deducted from my order?
Yes. When you place the order using the approved design link, the amount you paid for the Design Service is automatically applied as a discount at checkout.
